By confirming your booking or entering the facility, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cashless Facility: All payments for courts and cafe purchases must be made strictly via GCash or Bank Transfer. No cash on site.
- No Refunds / Cancellations: All bookings are non-refundable.
- Rebooking Policy: Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time slot. The new chosen date must fall within 3 weeks of the original booking.
- Severe Weather Cancellations: In the event of a typhoon, unplayable court conditions, or unsafe travel roads, a free reschedule will be granted.
2. Court Rules & Etiquette
- Footwear & Attire: Non-marking athletic or tennis/court shoes are strictly required.
- Food, Drinks & Furniture: No food, colored drinks, alcohol, or venue furniture (chairs/tables) are allowed inside the court area. Only bottled water and personal tumblers are permitted. (Complimentary drinking water and ice are available on site).
- Equipment Care: Standard pickleball gear must be used. Renters/guests are financially liable for any damage to rented equipment.
- Punctuality: Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their reserved time slot.
- Coaching & Commercial Use: Unauthorized private coaching, paid lessons, or hosting commercial events is strictly prohibited without management approval.
3. Consumable Cafe Vouchers
- Vouchers can only be claimed on the day of booking.
- Vouchers may be combined/stacked, but total purchase amount must meet or exceed the voucher value. No change or cash back will be issued for unused amounts.
- Additional Guests: Unregistered walk-ins or extra guests must pay the door charge upon arrival at the facility.
4. Booking Resale & Transfer
- Bookings may be resold or transferred to another party, provided the number of participants (pax) and total door charge paid are equal to or greater than the original booking.
5. Liability Waiver, Conduct & Electronic Agreement
- Liability & Conduct: Players and guests assume all risks associated with participation. The facility is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or lost items. Unsportsmanlike conduct or failure to follow rules may result in immediate removal without a refund.
- Electronic Agreement: Booking confirmation or entry into the premises serves as your legally binding electronic signature and full acceptance of these Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver.
